Enzo/Livio are masters of deception -- 'teflon dons' as it were. Poor communication, customer service and - most importantly - poor quality. To quote Enzo "we follow the bare minimum code". Surely they've paid for all of the other reviews here.

Town Square developments build our beautiful custom dream home. Livio and Enzo were always quick to respond to any questions we had and were always very professional and extremely knowledgeable. The project was finished on time and on budget. Enzo and Livio were extremely organized and efficient and as such had the subcontractors coming in and doing their jobs in a very timely manner. It was impressive. We are very happy with our new home and would recommend Town Square to anybody that wants to build a custom home.

Enzo, Livio and Rocco were friendly, responsible, organized and professional with respect to the design, build and financial aspects of the building of our custom home. This family run business provides full service renovations, from architectural drawings to permits to construction and completion. Cost and time are important to all clients and we felt that they respected both of these and managed them carefully. We were very pleased with the communication we had with both partners, and their responsiveness to our questions and needs along the way. They have long-standing relationships with most of their trades which enables them to keep things booked and coordinated to optimize the work flow. From demolition to framing to carpentry to all the finishes we were very pleased with the way it all came together. When my wife and I came to the decision to change our family home we started interviewing contractors, builders, architects, etc. We stopped when we met Livio and Enzo (TSDI) because we knew we'd found people we could work with, and who would deliver an excellent quality product at the end of the project. We started working on our design concept/architecture with Livio. Being completely new to this entire process, we were very appreciative of Livio's guidance, expertise and patience. After a few drafts, we signed off to move forward with the build, and received quotes from builders (including TSDI) to consider. Not unlike many families, cost was a considerable factor in picking a builder, however, value for money and overall comfort/confidence were as high on our list. After considering 4 bids, we moved forward with TSDI. It is important to note, TSDI was not the lowest bid, however, the detailed cost breakout they provided was very helpful in building our confidence they were being transparent and were acutely aware of what the project would require. 10 months later, we moved into our beautiful new home. We speak very highly of the experience we had with TSDI before, during and after the build. We receive many compliments on the street appeal, the workmanship, and the 'little details' we (with the help of TSDI) ensured we covered. While I'm sure it's obvious, we highly recommend (and have already done so many times) TSDI to anyone considering a build.

We hired Town Square to design our new custom home. Livio had wonderful ideas and design concepts that we incorporated into our design. Livio was extremely attentitive and patient as we made several revisions to the original plan. His attention to detail was well noted even by seasoned trades people. With his expert guidance we obtained building permits with little difficulty. I have no hesitation in recommending Town Square.

Town Square is highly professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of the design and build industry. They were a constant source of guidance and expertise from inception to reality. Enzo, Livio and Rocco were absolutely beyond a pleasure to work with. Enzo and Livio DiFonzo from Town Square Developments built us an amazing new home on the same site as our old home.
