Not only did they build a beautiful high-end, top-quality custom home that is second to none (including outstanding attention to detail and craftsmanship), their team was courteous and attentive throughout the process. They also worked diligently to stay on schedule (in spite of delays, difficulties and damages caused by Hurricane Harvey’s floodwaters). Since moving into our home, they have responded promptly to questions and the few issues that have come up. Troy and John were with us from the very beginning, assisting with lot acquisition, architectural design, etc., through the end/completion and post-completion work. Now that we have moved in, guests, friends and family regularly complement us on our amazing new home, and we do not hesitate to pass along Trinity’s contact information to them. I have had major wood floor issues since our remodel with Trinity and now they are not wanting to back up their work. My floors are turning black due to moisture coming through the slab. They fixed 1 room as they knew they were at fault, but are now refusing to fix the formal living & dining. The floors are so bad that holes due to rot are now appearing.

Troy, John and the team were a pleasure to work with through the entire project. We had a total rebuild and are very happy with the result - they helped to relax us during what is a stressful process. They supported the turn key development always willing to add expert advice and ideas, they truly helped create our home. Their care stretched beyond the "handover of our front door key" to after service. When we have had small problems they have been there to help us. Patricia in their front office is brilliant.

The team at Trinity Homes did an incredible job with our full gut job remodel and 2nd floor addition. They came in under budget and 2 weeks early. Their team was super easy to work with and we had no frustrations and they made it easy to make on the fly changes without a bunch of additional cost. 2 years later and everything is solid and looking good. Highly recommend them. We really liked the online checklist that allowed us to know what they were doing and when and allowed us to make online changes.

The Trinity guys are fabulous builders - they built the highest quality, custom home for us and we absolutely love it. From start to finish, I felt we worked together on all aspects of the process. The follow up service that Ron provided was outstanding. Because the home is completely custom, the timeline may be long, but the home at the end of the process is well worth the wait.
