Hi Kyle, Trove Warehouse always strives to offer excellent service to our customers. It was a core value when we started this Mother/Daughters business and remains true today. We, as owners, wanted to clarify the issues of your post because no owner was present in your home. Trove feels very strongly about personal responsibility. We encourage our customers to consider their purchases carefully as our policies aren't hidden or unclear. When you special ordered your sofa to exactly match the one shown on the floor we were happy to oblige and followed up with confirmation of the order details by email. Once delivered to your home, you notified us of your concerns, we jumped on looking in to it right away. We supplied you with the manufacturers invoice from both the model you saw on the floor and the one from your purchase. We also provided pictures that we requested from the customer who now owns the original sofa that inspired you. The correct purchase was then again re-confirmed when Trove associates came to your home with the fabric sample and finish selections of the original sofa. We are sincerely sorry that you feel the choices you selected weren't exactly what you envisioned. We have tried to accommodate you on every customer service level that makes sense.
