Their work is professional. They are flexible and reasonable. I ordered the wood and they installed it. I did not order enough quarter round so they said they would return to complete the job after the additional purchase

We replaced our living room carpet with luxury vinyl, and replaced carpet on the steps with hardwood floor. In March 2019 I hired Pro Floors to refinish my hardwood floors throughout the first level. Leone came to my home to take measurements and he was very professional and represented his company well. He was very knowledgeable while patiently describing the options of applying color and finish. The estimate was lower than expected and was scheduled within two weeks. The quality of the work was exceptional and my floors look great! I highly recommend USA Floors to anyone who wants to refinish their wood floors.
