Awful, awful, awful!! Cor where do I start. A disaster from start to finish….. Glass was rippled. Extremely poor workmanship. Edges not finished. Window not sealed. Window sill wobbly and not even level. Worst of all, they damaged the kitchen worktop as didn’t bother to put any protective sheets down! The 1.5 day job turned into a 3 week nightmare!!!! Tried to explain to the office about the problems, but they just ignored me and implied I was making it up. All the office was focussed on was payment, payment, payment. This company is all about money and definitely not about the customer or quality of job!!!! With so many choices of window companies in the area, I would strongly urge that you go elsewhere. I have 17 more windows that need changing, but this company won’t be getting any more business from me. AVOID!!!
