Love our beautiful Hill Country retreat! The quality of workmanship is above and beyond what we expected! There are so many special features that we now know we couldn’t live without— the expansive kitchen storage, detailed pantry, the generator that will automatically start when the electricity goes out; the beauty of the floors and all the storage! Overall, our Boho style home is exactly as we wanted and the counters, floors, woodwork and the attention to detail is beyond perfect. We have spectacular views from our gorgeous back deck! We built during Covid, so because of that, we had a few delays and price changes, but Eileen kept us up to date on everything.

As a first time homeowner and home builder, Eileen and Doug made the process/journey SO enjoyable! Eileen took my vision and made it better than I could have ever expected. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the fact that Eileen provided me with 'blinders' to make my choices easier when it came to fixtures. Our vision for or new home was Hill country modern, and through the the commitment to excellence, extraordinary inspiration, dedication and hard work, Eileen and Doug parsons of Vista Verde Builders, wowed us with our dream retirement home. They always had our best interest at heart and worked diligently and honestly to build our home on budget and with in the allotted time. Their outstanding working relationship with the top notch sub-contractors they used, resulted in a extremely well built home and the fact that Eileen was always on the job site making sure the build was to her satisfaction certainly didn't go unnoticed. The sub contractors knew exactly what was expected of them and nothing less would be acceptable. Eileen fought hard to keep us on budget, and was very successful and we truly appreciate that. They are probably two of the most honest people we have encountered in both a professional and private capacity. We knew where every penny was spent and received copies of every single invoice and refund. We are also very thankful for all the help and advice Eileen gave us, she has extremely good taste. We also appreciate the fact that Eileen told us up front that she normally designs traditional Hill country homes and that this would be a huge step for her designing a modern house. We think she should be very proud of the final product, it's gorgeous. We couldn't have asked for better builders or nicer friends.

What I appreciated most was the builder consistently checked in with us almost on a daily basis. She handled all the sub-contractors to be sure they knew what was expected of them and when they were to be there. Very professional in all aspects of the job.

Eileen and Doug have provided outstanding service in the planning, construction, handling all needed permits and building codes/requirements. They were able to convert our hand drawings into a blueprint, stayed on budget, met our wants and needs within the allotted time frame. Vista Verde Bldrs has built us a quality home , an energy star home (appliances, windows, unsulation, all LED lighting etc.) with quality materials and labor. Eileen and Doug demonstrated honesty, transparency, respect, professional throughout the process with the outcome of an enjoyable building experience. Vista Verde recently remodeled a home for us. Pretty much a gut renovation with a small add on. Virtually every surface was touched in some way. All new windows, interior and exterior doors and hardware, new tile, counters and fixtures in the bathrooms, made a pantry into a half bath and completely remodeled the kitchen using some of the existing cabinets, adding uppers to those and a new bank of cabinets on another wall. The builder paid attention to our needs from the start. Everything we asked for was provided in a cost effective and timely manner. We came in on budget and we could not be more excited about the quality workmanship. The house is gorgeous and exactly what we dreamed it would be. Thanks Vista Verde Builders. You exceeded our expectation.

Eileen is very professional in all her dealings with sub-contractors and clients alike. She is very involved in every project and keeps everyone up to date on project timing.

We hired Vista Verde to move a fireplace in our home and from start to finish, it could not have been a better experience!! We were not able to be on-site during the project, but had complete confidence in Eileen to take care of it, which she did. She kept a very tight timeline to accommodate our moving schedule, it came in under budget and it is absolutely beautiful--it just doesn't get any better than that!! Even though we were out of town during the construction, she kept lines of communication going with almost daily emails and texts, so we knew what was happening even though we couldn't see it in person. There would be no hesitation on our part to hire Vista Verde again.

We hired Vista Verde Builders LLC to remodel/update four bathrooms. This included new tile work in three showers and one tub/shower, one of which was enlarged to make it wheelchair accessible for possible future needs. We also had new plumbing fixtures, countertops, mirrors, lights and cabinet hardware installed along with painting our old cabinets and the bath walls. Eileen and Doug are very knowledgeable at what they do and had excellent ideas. The work performed exceeded our expectations. We were very pleased with our experience and would not hesitate to recommend the company to others.

My expectations have been more than met by Vista Verde Builders. The clients that I referred to them said everything was done as agreed and on time. There were no surprises. Everything was handled in a very professional yet caring manner. I would not hesitate to refer them to any of my clients or use them myself.

Vista Verde Builders was hired for our remodel project. We were impressed with the patience exhibited during consultation; the builder's knowledge and experience of local and area sub-contractors proved to be very important in guiding this project and getting jobs coordinated and completed in a timely fashion. The job was finished under budget, leaving us money to upgrade the windows in the house, which was also steered by Vista Verde Builders.
