Donna provided excellent customer service. She brought lots of samples and offered me many options for my budget. She worked with me patiently considering I had a lot of questions and would change direction often. I feel I made a decision with knowing all the other possibilities. Really great service and she stayed within my budget - almost reining me in when I would want to go over. I highly recommend.

Donna is very knowledgable of all her product lines and continues to expand her business by bringing in more to choose from at various price points. She has always made herself readily available to me at my convenience and works hard to stay within the budget. She is extremely hard working and always maintains the highest degree of professionalism. I have worked with her on many projects over the years and have been satisfied each time. I believe our first project together was my master bedroom...window cornices, blinds, and bedspread with pillows. We then went on to do both of my daughters' rooms.

When I called Donna for an estimate on up-down shades for my new townhouse, I was confused and uncertain how to get privacy on my un-treated living room windows. I had moved from a 100 year old home filled with curtains and drapery and wanted something clean and versatile. Donna came to my place, measured the windows and showed me some color options. Her quote to complete the project was reasonable. My shades were in and installed in a couple of weeks. Thanks, Donna. I love them!!!

Reliable, professional, courteous, friendly, prompt, and captured exactly the look I had in mind. I chose to work with Donna Webster of Web Decors after meeting with several other comparable companies at my house. She had a great selection of quality product and styles to best fit the decor of my home, and did the installation with no interruption to my routine, no mess, and all my curtains look awesome! She even repaired a curtain that she didn't do. I wouldn't use anyone else and highly recommend her!

I was completely satisfied with the professionalism of Donna Webster of Web Decors. I was provided a comprehensive selection of drapery fabrics to choose from. Upon completion the draperies were well constructed, delivered to me within the stated time and installed by an experienced craftsman.

Donna took care of picking blinds and curtain fabrics and designs for virtually every window in my house, including formal and casual rooms. It was a pleasure to do business with Donna because she is prompt, courteous, professional and, when needed, patient! I have used her services over the past seven years (2009-2016) whenever I needed something fixed or something new. In particular, she was patient yet pro-active in helping me to finally settle on some fabrics and design for my daughter's bedroom, which took some time to do because it took some time to nail down because it took me years to figure out what to do with the window seats and window coverings. Webdecors prices are very very reasonable.

I have used Web Decors in every room of our house and have always received excellent service. Donna is incredibly attentive, she respects our tastes and helps us understand and consider options. She makes herself available when needed and turnaround on our installations is quick. I would highly recommend Web Decors to others.

We have used Donna for numerous projects for a our primary residence in IL and even several projects for our vacation home in FL. Bottom line, Donna is super easy to work with, always has great ideas and has a truly valuable knack for figuring out how to save her customers money by getting the best values and within the estimated time frame for the project. I would not hesitate to use her again and would recommend her in a heart beat for any job.

I loved working with Donna. After using another company for shutters and valances, I was amazed at how reasonable her prices were. She was continually trying to save me money. The valances were completed and hung within 2 weeks! She deals directly with the shop that makes them, so the process went much more smoothly and quickly than other services I have used. The shutters turned out to be cheaper and better quality than the well known company I had previously used. I would highly recommend Donna and Web Decors!

I enjoy the designs and the professionalism of this designer. I feel her work is current and effective. I find her charges to be reasonable. She also delivers according to her promises, which I thoroughly appreciate. There are no unpleasant surprises at the end of our projects

Commented: Is that a double hung rod? If not, what is the rod configuration?You can find these rods on the Finial Rod company website under metal rods. And you can buy the one bracket for 2 poles or 2 brackets for 2 rods. They work great with grommet draperies like these
