The Ground Work Albert Distefano Jr., the founder of Reliable Roofing, Siding, & Windows, started in the roofing, siding, and window industry at a young age. In 1975, he began working with his father, Albert Distefano Sr. at Precision Door and Window in Stoughton, Massachusetts. Over the 20 years working at Precision Door and Window, Albie Jr. was able to bring the window business to the next level. Being at the forefront of replacement windows, Albie decided to open his own business in the year 2000 in Canton, Massachusetts. After meeting Kenny Silverman, founder of Silverline Replacement Windows, Albie became one of the original retailers of the Silverline vinyl replacement brand. Working for General Contractors like Keith Construction, NEI, Wynn, and Beacon Management, Albie played a significant role in the rehabilitation of thousands of buildings and residential homes across Massachusetts. After Albie’s untimely passing in the year 2009, Robert Distefano Jr., the son, took over. Moving Forward In the year 2009, Robert took control of day to day operations and enlisted the help of his mother, Carol Distefano. As the year progressed, Reliable expanded into a multi-faceted company offering additional services aside from the ordinary siding, window, and door installations. Those services were roofing, skylights, decking, and garage door installations. The Reliable brand continues to work with homeowners and contractors to improve homes and buildings across Massachusetts using professional-grade products and materials. As well as, superb customer service, and high-quality craftsmanship that’ll ensure a lasting memory.
