Everyone at Floor Coverings International made our carpeting project easy from start to finish. Great communication along the way. The installation crew were efficient, detail oriented, careful of their surroundings, and cleaned up at the end of each day. The carpeting looks great.

Floor Coverings International (FCI) was an excellent company to work with. I needed someone who could remove ceramic tiles and carpeting, measure, and install a specific product I was only able to find online. Local companies only provided these services if I bought their flooring. I found FCI via Thumbtack. They responded immediately to my inquiry. Ally, the design coordinator, came to my house and was a pleasure to work with - knowledgable, professional and very helpful in assisting me with my project. As the job proceeded I found the whole team to be comprised of quality people. Jason, the flooring installer is a craftsman. His workmanship provided beautiful results. From my experience I can say they stand behind their promise to make the customer happy. You can trust them to do you right.

This is a local business that we highly recommend. Katie will bring flooring samples directly to your home, measure the space precisely, provide input on flooring options, and give you an estimate on the spot. The quality of the materials is excellent, and the install team was professional, hard working and did a great job. Great attention to detail. We had the carpet removed from a large part of our first floor and the new floor is excellent.

From start to finish this was a great job. We needed 5 rooms done and decided to do three at one time and the other two a couple of months later. We own two dogs and we needed to have a pet barrier product to better absorb if there would be any inside mistakes. They came through with a rugged easy to clean carpet that looks great! The installer was outstanding and did a great job. Follow up is what I would expect from a top notch company and that is what I received. A great experience throughout. Thanks!
