About Us

OUR STUFF. It’s our stuff and in many cases, we become emotionally attached to our stuff because it may represent a fond memory, a reminder of something we want to avoid, a certain phase of our life, something that belonged to someone we no longer have in our lives, we might need it in the future or because we spent good money on it. You may have just experience the combining of two households or items left behind by a deceased love one. These are just some of the many reasons why people have a difficult time making decisions about what they truly need, love and want in their space. When someone reaches a point when they want to do something about their excess of stuff, they are usually overwhelmed by the prospect and don’t know where to begin. Their desire to deal with it is not as strong as their urge to close the door and avoid it. That’s where I can help. First, I am a professional and not a well-meaning friend or family member with an emotional stake. I do not judge. I respect that it is your stuff and I do not dispose of any of your stuff without your permission. You make the decisions about what to keep and what to let go. My job is to help you make good decisions about your stuff. Second, I have experience and systems to begin the project, removing the ‘overwhelming’ factor, keeping you on track. As we move through the process, you will begin to feel lighter, less stressed, more relieved and more motivated. Third, I give you recommendations for avoiding the problem in the future. I offer a free consultation to discuss your goals and give you an estimate of what I think it is going to take to achieve your goals. Once we agree to work together, I will devise a plan for your success. Then it is time to get started!
