We realized very quickly in the process selling an empty house was not as easy as we thought. People were having a difficult time visualizing the homes potential. White Orchid was prompt and listened to our objections from potential buyers. They beautifully staged our home and in 2 weeks we had a contract. Money well spent! They were courteous and there pricing was reasonable compared to others. Scott in the office who coordinated our staging was so professional and walked us through the project start to finis.

They do a great job and have a designer that comes out to your home to look specifically at the style that's needed to sell your property properly. Lauren did an amazing job putting the finishing touches on my listing in Laguna beach that went under a 300k renovation. Lauren worked with us from the beginning. She was confident in what she could provide and when. She shared her opinions outloud as to decor advise, such as 1. Should we remove these window coverings or not. 2. Which carpet color would be best... and then the decorating turned out beautifully. It has a color scheme that flows throughout the whole house. My client said they communicated well throughout and when help was needed, they responded.
