A delivery that should have taken a few weeks is still on going after 4 months for a shoe storage. I was delivered the wrong item twice and had to follow-up myself through numerous emails and calls. Each time explaining the issue and the customer services acting as they are hearing it for the first time. I'm only getting generic apology responses and further delays. They seem to be receiving the products from another provider and have no sense of stock, quality or delivery times. I would definitely not recommend purchasing from this store.

I decided to buy 3 sofas for our new house from Within Home as they looked really nice online. after making the order in January 2016 we were very excited to see our new sofas. unfortunately this is where our excitement ended, after waiting 8 weeks and nothing arriving i decided to call to find our where our sofas were only to be told that they had all been lost in transit from the manufacturer and our coaches would not be coming. they offered their deepest apologies and asked us if we wanted to reorder the 3 sofas for us and also offered a 10% discount for our inconvenience, I accepted purely as I was not in the mood to go sofa hunting again. after waiting another 3 months and still nothing showing up I called customer services that they will be being dispatched any day. 3 exhausting weeks later after calling up again they discovered that when they made the reorder only 1 of the 3 sofas were still being manufactured and they would only be able to fulfill 1 of the 3 sofas. it did show up about a week and a half later and to be honest i am not really impressed with the quality. After furnishing a 4 bedroom house using multiple companies Within Home are by far the most unprofessional & disorganized company I have ever had to deal with. they made the furniture buying experience stressful, exhausting and unpleasant. would not recommend.

I purchased the Hemingway coffee table and the Huxley side tables for a project. The items were of great quality, received promptly (well protected) and my client is very happy with them. I found the items just as described and the customer service exemplary in a time where there is a serious lack of care.

My partner and I thought we would go with an upmarket brand for a our first home. We went for sofa, snuggled, tripod lamp and coffee table, spending just over 2000 pounds. We understood that the wait would be considerable due to the production of the sofa. However, this turned out to be the least of our worries with Within.... The order was three weeks late. We received no courtesy calls to inform us of this and although I found the customer service team helpful, they brought little resolution to the problems we were having. Finally, on the day of delivery we received a phone call from Within's associated delivery firm informing us they had 'lost' half of our order! When the other half arrived we were devastated to see the poor quality of the sofa, it was certainly not similar to the sofa we carefully studied online. Appallingly, one of the screw one legs did not screw in at all! The snuggler we ordered was infact a single armchair too! We were so deeply disappointed! Waiting months for the products that were truly underwhelming! If this wasn't enough the tripod lamp had a significant fracture on one of the legs. And the coffee table and snuggler....well....they were lost!! We phoned up immediately. The staff were sympathetic although I must admit they avoided responsibility for the horrendous service and luck we had. We asked for a full refund and hopefully we will have it when the items are returned. Valuable lesson: Shop Within and go WITHOUT!!!

I have used WITHIN Home on several occasions to interior design both our office and showroom. The customer service and delivery are second to none and both the furniture and soft furnishings compliment both our spaces perfectly. Products range from stylish classic centre pieces of furniture to wonderfully eclectic soft furnishings so suit everyone's taste.
