ARTO ARCHITECTS

Today they start the bathroom renovation of the new bathroom modification. Yes complete redo!!! I do not recommend ARTO ARCHITECTS. we are left with a non code of complient, uninsured, faulty and dangerous bathroom. No electrical certificate, uneven floor going towards door and unsupported load bearing wall, extractor fan straight into ceiling cavity, builder paid because ARTO signed it off and now done a runner and the list goes on. LUCKILY this is a disabilty modification and ENABLE are going to fix it. But the fight and lies ARTO continued to do was discusting and harming. Luckily they lied one lie to far and said a wall wasn't load bearing which enable quickly sent another in to check...load bearing. Arto Were dismissive and condescending and failed at every point of their work. They have not once taken accountability or apologized for anything. Luckily I have recorded all communication by ring camera which I disclosed to them. Lieing by omission is lieing and I think their treatment of their clients will be their downfall. Incompetent doesn't come close to what WE experienced through ARTO.
