“Olivier has been an amazing inspiration, support and problem solver throughout our renovation of a ground floor flat in a Victorian terrace in South London. The initial process involved a detailed consultation and investigation of the property to assess our needs and the possibilities of our new home. Olivier has a professional but friendly manner, with a reassuring confidence and good communication. “We brought Peter and his firm on board mid way through a residential ground floor rear extension project at short notice in order to sort out some issues. They did brilliantly and we were really pleased. Peter is well connected with builders, engineers and building control inspectors, which we made full use of and was helpful. His final design was smart and his help navigating the required approvals, including a Thames Water build over agreement, much appreciated. Peter's response times were quick and he kept ahead of our programme, despite our last minute engagement with him, which was very important to us. His rates were reasonable. Overall we were very pleased and would recommend.”

“Yihyi has helped our family on a couple of occasions, and both have gone so well that we intend to get her involved in a third project. We can't recommend her highly enough. She helped my brother turn a two bed one bath flat into a three bed two bath flat, creating a great family home from a small space, with flair and care - but without a huge budget. A couple of years later, she has helped me update my loft space and create a living and sleeping space that we absolutely love, and also reworked my bathroom, shower room and small toilet - all of which I love. If you get the chance to hire her - do it!”

“Innovative design ideas with precise attention to detail. “My husband and I used Vaidas for our house refurbishment and extension project in Hatfield a couple of years ago. We were very pleased with his services and approach from start to finish. He obtained planning permission, dealt with building control and also supervised the construction on site. He was always easy to reach and was always patient and helpful in guiding us through our first project with the many questions that we had. “Trevor Brown was a pleasure to work with. We started with a humble idea of replacing a structurally unsound kitchen with something a bit nicer, and he transformed the project into a fabulous piece of architecture. Trevor is knowledgeable, and has an ambitious attitude to even simple projects. By paying attention to both the structure and the details of the kitchen, Trevor created a space which is a beautiful space and also very functional. Trevor is a busy man, but he replied to emails, and answered the phone when we had queries. He worked well with the construction team and they were able to take a pragmatic approach to solving problems along the way. We exceeded the original budget, but that was at least in part because we chose more expensive options when Trevor offered us choices.”
