“My husband and I were ready to remodel our kitchen. We have a 1.5 story home built in 1954 in the beautiful Como neighborhood. We love our home, but the kitchen didn't fit our lifestyle and was horribly outdated. We were at a charity event and found a silent auction item of time with an architect/designer. We bid and won! Ashley was the architect/designer with whom that we won design time. We e-mailed her pictures, our needs/wishes and initial sketches. Once she has some options, she met us at our home. Sat down at the kitchen table to discuss our options. Ashley was amazing. She hand drew quite a few options after we kept running into issues. She never got frustrated and was willing to think outside the box to find the perfect design for us. It was a pleasure to work with someone as professional, down to earth and creative as Ashley. We absolutely LOVE our new kitchen that fits our family and allows us to entertain our friends and family. Beth”

He is very knowledgeable of construction and understands very well how things are built, this understanding has helped us to come up with solutions that allow me as a contractor to stay on budget as well as resolve project difficulties within budget. “Alethea is amazing! She was an integral part of the team when we remodeled our entire basement, renovated our kitchen and added a large porch in the front of our home. She was the key person to help select all of the interior selections and after the work was completed, assisted in the interior furnishings as well. We did a second project with her as well. We added a laundry room that is the envy of my neighborhood. She designed and drew up all of the plans and worked well with all of the subs. Many friends have seen her work in my home and have hired her as well- both to help in structural changes as well as interior work. They all have been happy. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is true to her word, very organized and keeps you informed throughout the project. These are rare qualities. I am happy to talk with anyone who has any questions. Thanks!”

“David and his team provide an outstanding level of expertise and service. We hired them to help us figure out how to slowly renovate our 100 year old home, and they helped us identify what was important to us, develop a mission statement for how we approach renovations, and then they collaborated with a team of contractors and vendors to put together a comprehensive book describing our home, its current condition, what needs repairs, and how much those repairs would cost. They also included several options for the areas that we are interested in remodeling down the road. We have also used them to pick out and install window treatments that respect the heritage of the house. They are certainly not the cheapest option out there, but they cannot be beat in terms of excellence and expertise!”
