Easy to work with, great ideas and 3d views, helped us see options that we could not figure out for ourselves, was conscious of budget and plan matched that brief

My wife and I were planning a few specific renovations (remove a wall here, extend a room there, and add an external gym/workshop). We spent a lot of time considering options but we weren't convinced we were making the right choices. Eventually (thankfully!) we realised that we should get some professional input in the planning stage. Stefan was amazing from the get go. He was up front and transparent about his (fixed!) pricing structure. He explained his business model, and what to expect from the process. This made it very clear that he could add some some real value at quite a reasonable price point. We of course agreed to have him help us and he advised us of his availability. He kept to all timeframes and agreements made. Now for the bit that really matters, his work. Stefan began by hearing us out about what we wanted, asking lots of questions and taking notes the whole time. He then proceeded to suggest ideas and see what we thought of them. Once he had what he needed, he informed us as such and left to begin on the drawings. We were impressed at how quickly he got the drawings done but we were more impressed with the drawings themselves. Stefan took all of our seemingly disjointed ideas and wove them into a cohesive whole that just works. In many areas he took our requirements, considered the root problems, and then showed us how they could be solved in other ways. Without fail, his solutions were far better than ours. We are so glad that we paid for professional expertise rather than trying to save a little bit of money. I know this has been a long review but building projects are costly and I wanted to give a complete picture of our experience with Stefan so that others can make an informed decision. Stefan clearly cares deeply about his craft and takes great pride in his work (as he should!). We have already recommended him to many people and will not hesitate to do so again.

Stefan was very friendly, talented and made the whole design process easy. He provided us with different design options and his creative vision allowed us to consider options we would never thought of ourselves. We were extremely happy with the service.

We knew that we wanted to expand and improve on our living area but didn't know how our desires could be realised. Complicated to add onto our current place in a way that achieved our needs but wasn't bitsy. Concept Designs nailed it for us! Gave us options to consider and worked with us to settle on what suited our needs and our budget. Simply handed the design concept to a draughtsman and the rest is history. The place now achieves all the functionality we wanted while looking like it was built like that from the beginning

Having the opportunity to work with Stefan has been a dream we didn’t ever think would be an option for us. Stefan has listened to our ideas, contributed his own ideas and worked within our budget constraints to produce a design which is so in tune with our vision and in keeping with our surrounds, we cannot fault it. The final design and Stefan’s service, attention to detail and communication have simply blown us away. Thank you!
