Tse:Wallace Architects Ltd

Tse:Wallace Architects Ltd
Established in 2007 by Rochelle Tse and Liz Wallace, Tse:Wallace Architects Ltd is an award winning design focused practice. With extensive experience in high-end residential homes, Tse:Wallace aims to achieve high quality spaces for their clients and will always aim to provide solutions to suit each client’s lifestyle and personality. Each design response will be unique to the building site, climatic conditions and clients’ programme. As it is a small practice, you will benefit from the direct involvement of the director throughout the whole project. Tse: Wallace will build a team of experts tailored specifically for your project. Over many years we have built reliable, valuable relationships and can call on industry expertise from structural and hydraulics engineers, surveyors, planners, quantity surveyors and building contractors. Embarking on a building project is potentially the largest financial investment a person will make. With that in mind, Tse:Wallace ensure clients are informed and comfortable with the decisions they will need to make along the way. An in-house 3D modelling service helps to clearly communicate building designs in a way that is easily understood. Obtaining building approvals and awarding contracts can be complex. Tse:Wallace are experienced in navigating a way through this increasingly complicated and ever changing regulatory and contractual environment. At the same time we endeavour to make the design and building process enjoyable! Tse:Wallace can guarantee a professional service as Liz is a licensed building practitioner (LBP) and a registered NZRAB architect. UK registered architect Rosie Wyatt Chang joined the practice in 2016, bringing a background of international experience and a passion for residential design. The company is a registered NZIA practice, and are actively involved in continued professional development activities.
