3DFactory is a dynamic boutique architectural design & 3d rendering company in Christchurch, New Zealand focussed on innovative design, led by client interaction. Developed by Darren Paddock in 2013, our factory-inspired framework cuts convoluted costs and timeframes, replacing them with smart outputs which accurately reflect your project’s needs. Whether it be a dream project to persuade investors, a stunning 3d render to show your next door neighbour, or a council requirement that helps communicate your design, we love a challenge.

would Not Recommend, we cant even get Darren to finish our concept design, he quoted $ 5k plus gst for design and 30-40k for working drawings for council after looking at our project on site we agreed to concept design of $ 5750.00 only at this stage. We Paid him $ 2850.00 as per his contract as deposit .... Then before even finishing the design, he told us that the working drawings and engineering would be $ 250,000.00+ what a joke as our house is only an alteration to an existing home in Auckland. He said that the Concept design would take 4 weeks and the Working drawings 2 months. We are still waiting for concept Design some 2+ months later and now he's not answering emails ! BE VERY WEARY does not tell the truth..... to us anyway.

We found Darren really easy to communicate with, he was always there to give us an answer. He updated us when anything happened and worked fast for us. Would highly recommend to our family and friends. William and Monie Chhour
