Graham has 20+ years’ experience as an Architectural Designer Building Surveyor and Project Manager with Brox Design Ltd. In this time he has completed projects of all sizes from small residential alterations, extensions and renovations through to new builds, light commercial, devotional and educational type buildings, Building remediation from weathertightness, earthquake damaged or earthquake strengthening.. Brox Design Ltd is a small practice that specializes in three areas: •extensions and alterations to existing dwellings / buildings to keep in character with the original design •one off personalised designs with alternative materials such as pressed earth block, structural insulated panels (SIP) and cross laminated timber (CLT or XLam) •building inspections, investigations and remediation i.e. weathertightness (WT) earthquake prone buildings (EPB) and deferred maintenance (DM). Our design philosophy is "I will not accept anything in your home that I would not accept in my own home"; with that in mind I design around your requirements. Big isn't always better or best, so with an understanding of your requirements, we can work together to bring your ideas to reality, and deliver this to you in a timely manner. Brox Design Ltd offers services from concept advice through to project completion.
