“This job was for a renovation on a Victorian villa. We needed an elevated deck integrated into the design as well as converting the downstairs basement area into an ensuite. “Kelly and Cameron assisted us with the design and concept plans of our new build. We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted in our home, but how we put it all together and made it work, on our section, was something we needed help with. Kelly and Cameron listened to us and developed a plan we absolutely loved. They came up with ideas we had not considered previously that utilised our spaces perfectly. Always on hand to answer any of our questions, they are an approachable, friendly, professional team that work together very well. We would not hesitate in recommending Inline Architecture. Our experience was faultless – they were a delight to work with.”

“We had the absolute pleasure of working with Jason of Higham Architecture. Living in our home for 2 years now, we are extremely happy with the design he produced for us. We are confident that it not only suits our lifestyle today with 2 small children, it is a design that we can see ourselves enjoying in many years to come. Jason was extremely knowledgeable and approachable with an impeccable eye for detail. We felt confident that Jason took on board our wish list in our first meeting and when he presented us with our first draft he took our vision to a whole new level. We found his communication to be friendly, prompt and professional. Whatever Jason offered or discussed with us, he followed through with and we couldn't ask for better than that. Jason was very respectable of timelines and kept in touch with us throughout our build showing genuine interest in the building process and finishing touches we chose to complete the design. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jason.”

“We built a house in Blenheim on a challenging site with a reasonably steep slope, with the brief asking for a single level home with plenty of usable outdoor space, set well in the sun. Tony gave us realistic options with 3D illustrations and sun/shading visuals. His communication was efficient, easy, and to the point. We never felt that he was working with us while based in the northern hemisphere, halfway around the world. Tony arranged together with the builder all necessary permits and inspections, as well as attending timely to all requests of details or changes. It was a smooth, easy process with a great outcome and a home that is wonderful to live in. We recommend Tony without any reservations. In fact we are convinced that it would be difficult to match his level of service even if you are local.”

“I have worked on many projects with Dan and he is the best I have ever worked with. Dan has a great approach to problems and works efficiently to create some great work. The plans he produces are nice, all the information you need but not cluttered. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dan to anyone who is looking at having plans drawn. Don't worry if he isn't in your location its amazing what can be done remotely with skills like his.”

“We decided to use Robyn, from Essence Design, when she was recommended to us. Robyn was always extremely professional, polite, with a wonderful personality. She is very knowledgeable and we experienced excellent communication throughout the process. We purchased as old industrial building (just a shell really) and wanted work areas for our business and an apartment for living. Robyn listened to our needs and produced a stunning design which was exactly what we had invisioned. We are absolutely thrilled with the result. We would definitely use Robyn (Essence Design) again and highly recommend her to others.”
