I love what I do and hope that you enjoy looking through my work. I create sculpture for the home, garden, commercial and public spaces. Working mainly in slate and glass I produce my works by shaping and stacking many layers to achieve the desired result. Probably best known for my spheres, eggs and apples - I also work on commissions, often working closely with my clients, their architects and garden designers/ landscape architects to bring their ideas to fruition.

My fascination with patterns, in all of nature, inspires my artwork. Water in particular has been a presence at all times in my life, in various guises. Upon moving to Edinburgh I was delighted to be around a large body of water that moved with tides for the first time. These paintings and prints explore the many different moods water can evoke.

Based in Edinburgh, Mark is a contemporary Scottish artist with an eye for all things kitsch, bold, sexy and sassy. Drawing from a love affair with pop culture and a lifelong passion for visual art, Mark’s work is an explosion of glossy pop imagery, often characterised by a vivid and fluorescent colour palette. Through his larger than life pieces of artwork, Mark invites the viewer on a trippy journey into his manic pop world, a world saturated with sensual pop motifs and ‘gaudy-chic’ statement pieces. When not devising his latest piece of art or endlessly scrolling through Instagram, Mark can be found out and about in Edinburgh’s bars and clubs, socialising with and documenting the people that inspire much of his work. Available for private commissions and collaborative projects, Mark is always happy to discuss exciting new projects. Please get in touch to find out more.

Justin Sidney was born in Manchester,UK (1974) and spent his formative years in rural Cheshire. His art career began unconventionally after a work injury allowed him to reassess where his strengths lay. After a short course in Art and Design and a sabbatical of sorts in The Netherlands, his largely self-taught intuitive painting style was recognised as accomplished enough to command solo exhibitions both in Amsterdam and London (Andipa Gallery Knightsbridge). His main influences are the Abstract Expressionists for their energy and understanding of the emotional response to colour and composition, as well as Gerhart Richter for his scale and experimental workings. In his work, Sidney explores what he regards as Society’s disconnection from the reality of life. Sidney’s work can be found in both public and private collections in the UK and The Netherlands. He lives and works in Scotland where he recently relocated to from London

I'm a contemporary artist. My working method uses mixed media. Acrylic based mediums, paint and inks. As an artist what interests me is how texture can can be used to evoke a sense of place. “If we can connect [to a scene] through texture, is there a deeper level of experience beyond that which is associated with the traditional processes of painting?”. My emphasis on texture comes from a fascination of how surface structure effects light and form. And how texture can be used to create detail. Building texture into my work is a way to make the viewer feel they want to touch the painting. To add to the experience of the painting beyond viewing it. In many ways I paint to experiment. To push the possibilities of what acrylic paint and mediums can do. And as such, a good proportion of time spent painting is on creating different textures.
