“After seeing some of Cara's work I contacted her to make some french doors for my basement. I gave her a general idea / example of what I wanted them to look like and she took it from there. She took measurements and provided me with a mock-up of what the doors would look like if I decided to proceed, which I did. The doors are very well made and very heavy. They're the focal point of my basement and I can't even begin to tell you the amount of compliments I get on them. Whenever we host guests it's all they can talk about. Don't let the steampunk look fool you though, these doors are made for performance. They're stuffed with sound dampening insulation and Cara added automatic door sweeps to further soundproof the room. One door weighs over 200lbs and the other weighs a little under 200. I know because I was so shocked at how difficult they were to move I weighed them. I was so pleased with the final product I had Synergy Metalworks make me two tables to compliment the doors. These of course looked phenomenal so I then had two steel hanging, sculptures?? I guess, made. Not only does Cara produce awesome unique products but she has always been very punctual and accommodating when arranging a pick-up or dropoff of a product.
