They took the time to understand my vision and needs, providing valuable insights and suggestions to enhance the design. Their clear and concise communication ensured that we were always on the same page, leading to a solid foundation for a successful project. Throughout the construction phase, the communication continued to exceed my expectations. The company regularly provided detailed progress updates, keeping me informed every step of the way. They promptly addressed any concerns or queries I had, displaying a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Their transparency and willingness to listen fostered a sense of trust and confidence in their work. The construction process itself was nothing short of flawless. Epic homes showcased their expertise and attention to detail, resulting in a house that exceeded my wildest dreams. The project was completed on time, with no significant delays or unexpected issues despite 2 lock downs and nationwide shortage of gib board. The quality of craftsmanship was evident in every aspect of the build, from the sturdy foundation to the immaculate finishing touches. What truly sets this company apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. They ensured that I was actively involved throughout the process, welcoming my input and incorporating my ideas.
