“Luna Park Construction (LPC) was easy to work with all throughout our project. Overall, we added 900 sq feet to our house - 450 sq feet to the basement and a new primary suite above that. Aaron and his crew did all inside and outside framing, preparing the roof for shingles and completing the roofing. They also installed all windows, doors and sided the entire addition. One of the challenges we had was that the concrete companies went on strike for about a month and Aaron was able to work around that by adjusting his schedule to get our project back on track. We were very happy with the quality of the work that LPC did and would use them again without hesitation.”

“In 2017 my husband and I hired Zoltan and his subs for a house remodel. It was a very extensive project with walls being removed, structural integrity questions, and updating our plumbing and electricity. We interviewed about 6 different potential companies and General Contractors that included referrals from friends, and coworkers. We asked everyone we interviewed to physically come to our house and let us know the budget and timeline for this kind of project and if they had questions/concerns given that our house is over 70 yrs old. Zoltan was the best person we interviewed by far. He not only asked to see our basement and crawl space but walked through pointing out areas of concern and insisted we also hire an architect/structural engineer to review the plans since the project as so complicated. He said that he could make recommendations but would work with whomever we chose. No one else was this detail oriented or willing to tell us the extent of the project and all it'd require and give us a reasonable idea of budget. Before the project started Zoltan gave us a detailed summary of the budget to expect along with the contract to sign and we actually managed to come under budget by the end. Throughout the process Zoltan continuously offered ideas on how we could save money and options whenever it was possible. There were a few unexpected dilemmas due to the age of the house and Zoltan handled these without any issues at all. It's been a full year since our project and I'm well overdue for writing this review but I'm happy to be contacted and speak with anyone who has questions about using Zoltan and his crew. To this day, we've not needed a single update/change/fix for anything done for the remodel and we talk about how much more we love our house and the remodel to everyone we know. I have not hesitations at all in highly recommending Zoltan.”

“Dave Mills and his team at C & D Remodeling gave my kitchen the make over it needed! He turned my ugly, old, laminate countertops into a functional work of art by adding a granite textured concrete overlay. He did it by brushing on (2) layers of lighweight concrete, then accented it with a color pattern to resemble natural granite. He then finished up by adding a two part crystal clear (food grade) rock hard epoxy to seal it all in. There was no need to rip out my countertops and install heavy / expensive granite when I could have the look and feel for a fraction of the price. Dave and his team delivered just as they promised, on time and affordable.”

“My husband and I hired Jim and his company to build our backyard deck last summer. Jim came in and did a complete consultation with measurements and product that would best be suited for the deck, with a great bid on completing the project. From start to finish Jim and his crew were very professional, and very efficient! The first day they came in and prepped the area with the construction of the framing done and start of the top decking laid. The second day they finished laying the rest of the deck, they did a very nice job of clean up as well, did not leave anything behind. We were able to enjoy our nicely built porch by the weekend and have enjoyed it since! We have several other projects in mind for the interior of our home that we are looking forward to hiring Jim and his crew for in the near future.
