Our family business grew from a blossoming need in the Auckland area for high-quality, efficient building companies who are cost effective, transparent and trust worthy. Our usual area of Operations are: Auckland Central, West Auckland, Rodney District and North Shore. Passionately owned and operated by Daniel Ward - Project/Construction Manager and Jaynie Ball - Business Manager, Dan has 15 years in the building industry with experience ranging from multi-million dollar architectural new builds, major renovations, villa restorations and has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience which our clients benefit from daily. Our company is also very focussed on being current, evolving and growing with new regulations (including health and safety) and being up to date with the latest building systems and innovations. We are a growing company with only the best builders, apprentices and sub-contractors, hand selected to ensure that every project we manage is completed to the same exacting standard we pride ourselves on.
