“Top contractor in New York! Worth every penny and more which is what it cost. I got a stunning new kitchen with no hassle. They took care of everything from beginning to end. All the staff I dealt with were very pleasant and efficient. If I were to review Top10renovation staff one by one I think I would give them all 5 stars. The work was professional and neat. Everything as well coordinated we did nor have to wait a week between the different contractors, they all somehow smoothly coordinated things and everything fell into place. I would definitely use them again.”

“Mike designed a custom wall of kitchen cabinetry for me and then subsequently designed and built an entire home office. Both jobs produced outstanding results. Mark's work is of amazing quality with attention to each and every detail. When design issues came up, mark was always able to offer a creative solution. He was entirely professional and a pleasure to work with. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled artisan.”

“We had a custom arched door with glass installed in our dining room and built in bookcases and oak fireplace mantle in our family room. Kris did a fantastic job -- everyone who sees the door comments that it makes the room. The bookcases and mantle add style and function to the family room. Kris came, measured and installed efficiently and neatly. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend him. He is a true craftsman.”

“I am so happy that I found Adam on Houzz. I had 3 nooks in our house where I wanted to build floating shelves. Adam called me back promptly, and came to our house to estimate the work within a few days. I received an estimate and drawings via email right away. We agreed on a price and the work started the next week, and was completed a few days later. Adam was so prompt and responsive, and most importantly, the work he did is beautiful! I absolutely love the shelves. They are exactly what I wanted. I would definitely hire Adam again!”

“It is with great confidence, as well as with my gratitude, that I am writing a review on behalf of 'Golden I Construction' (Artan Ibrahimi - Tony). While finances were of great concern for me in doing a renovation, I know that price alone should not dictate a decision as you sometimes get what you pay for. I shared my concerns with Tony. I appreciated his ability to hear my concerns, to address my concerns and with that along with his confidence, I felt comfortable hiring him to do this job. Along with his talented crew, after gutting our kitchen to the bare walls and floor and opening up the wall in to the livingroom, Tony did an amazing job designing and building our new kitchen along with renovating other area's of our apartment. Along with the design work, there was a lot of plumbing and electrical work involved as well. I feel extremely fortunate to have met Tony and having him as my contractor was truly a gift I am most grateful for. He is honest, he has integrity and at any given time I would be confident and proud to recommend him and his company.”
