“Replaced sliding patio door Removed carpeting from stairway, refinished oak steps and placed overlays over remaining steps Removed carpeting from upstairs foyer and installed prefinished wood flooring in its' place. Good design work with wide choices of materials. Work done in timely and professional manner. Minimal mess. Workers were outstanding. Final job is strikingly beautiful!! It was not inexpensive but is a good example of 'you get what you pay for'”

“This company does more than just gutters and roofing. They also replace windows and redo bathrooms. In the past, they have roofed our house, put new gutters and downspouts on the house, and replaced a few windows. The carpenters who worked on these projects were courteous, skilled, respectful, and they cleaned up after themselves. After the roofing project I didn't find one nail or shingle around the perimeter. I highly recommend this company.”

“Tony Kelch managed a $430 thousand siding and roofing storm damage upgrade for our Condominium Association. His crews performed the work efficiently, they kept the grounds clean, and the workmanship was good. Tony also went "over and above" in that he advocated for the Condominium Association to receive more funding from the insurance company when unforeseen repairs were needed, or materials were not in the original estimate or work order scope. He even made sure that the work was done correctly even when it was still uncertain whether the insurance company would provide additional funds for the materials. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tony to bid for your job.”

“Custom Home replaced our siding, added insulation, and replaced gutters and downspouts. They were professional and did an excellent job clearing the job site when finished. A couple months later, when the siding on the west side of the house was damaged because of a storm, they quickly worked us in to their schedule and repaired the damaged area at a very reasonable cost.”

“Home Appeal just recently put up new siding, gutters, downspouts, and a new roof for me. I couldn’t ask for better service with incredible communication throughout the entire process. Mike was amazingly personable and professional at the same time. The guys that work for him did a great job and every time I came home on my break to check on them, someone was going around with a magnet picking up the nails. They left my yard spotless. Not kidding! I was so impressed with the detail work that was done when putting my light fixtures back up and the cable and electrical lines. I seriously could not find anything done halfway. They were quick and efficient and very thorough in each phase. I honestly couldn’t be happier with everything that was done. I highly recommend calling Mike for a quote and you won’t want to go with anyone else!”
