“I hired Josh and CWAGS at the last minute for Xmas lights, gutters, and roof work. They were amazing. My emails, texts, and calls were returned promptly. My questions were answered and details were given. It was a sideways type of day when their crew arrived. Regardless of the weather, they were up on the roof, cleaning the gutters and putting up the lights. They checked in often and made sure that I was completely satisfied before leaving. I have to admit, I have had other companies at my house doing the same work over the years, and my lights and gutters looked so much better after Josh and his crew did the work. So professional looking. During these harsh winter storms, my gutters have worked perfectly. Regardless of the type of work I have to do on my house in the future, Josh and his company will be the first ones I call. Very professional, polite, concise, and the work was better that I ever could have imagined and better than I have seen on other houses. Please give Josh and his crew a chance to impress you with your next project.”

“I can't say enough good things about Vitaliy and his team. I did my research and reviewed many companies who clean roofs and gutters. I decided to call three different companies and ask for bids. Moss Busters was by far the best. After calling for a quote, Vitaliy returned my call with a bid the very same day and a cheaper bid than the rest. He was very pleasant to speak with and informed me of exactly what his team would do. Given his level of professionalism and the information he provided, I decided to go with him. He was able to schedule our roof cleaning the very next day! My house sits fairly close to my neighbors home in NE Portland and his team was very careful to ensure my neighbor's home was not damaged or left dirty after cleaning the moss from my roof. They draped plastic, swept their sidewalk, and even washed that side of their home to clear any debris that had fallen on their side. They then power washed my porch, front sidewalk, driveway, and the entire outside of my home leaving it very clean! His team of three technicians were very polite and helpful through the whole process. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a local and reputable company. I will be calling them again if I ever need my roof cleaned.”

“These guys are just to awesome not to acknowledge. My mom and her fiance found out he had throat cancer in early March and would need surgery to remove his larynx within a couple weeks. Which meant he would no longer be able to talk. All of a sudden her May wedding is moved up to March because he wanted to be able to say 'I do' in his own voice. No time to find a different venue and no time to hire a caterer or even a minister. We decided to have the wedding at my house as it had the most space. That left me with a week and a half to plan an entire wedding- on top of cleaning my house top to bottom. I have a senior dog who gets confused sometimes, so my carpets definitely need some attention. I reached out to Alameda and they went out of their way to accommodate the tight timeline and their tech, Charlie, did an amazing job. The price was a littler higher than some, but the quality of work and the kindness of everyone who worked there more than justified the extra pennies. They made me feel like I was more than just a job, and that's so rare anymore these days. I just had an area rug cleaned there last week and it turned out beautiful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone needing cleaning services.”
