SmartBoy Construction

I paid a deposit to Smartboy and 4 months later he had not started. I cancelled and asked for a refund. He said he could provide the materials onsite that would cover the deposit. He failed to deliver these also. I will now be taking him to small claims for the deposit. Do you think I'd use him again or recommend him. You decide.

I first come into contact with Smart Boy Construction when I observed a job that he done for a neighbour. I decided to take advantage of his services for my Fence. Like my neighbour I couldn’t be more happier with the job that was done, and paid him promptly.
