“We had our entire house remodeled by the team at DJH Renovations. The transformation was more than we hoped for and it felt like stepping back into a new house. Like any big project there were some up and downs but the DJH Renovation team got everything sorted and up to a great standard. Special thanks to Rebecca for her amazing organizational skills, Dominic for managing the process and the council, Dan the builder and team for all their hard work and attention to detail, Austin for the best tiling work I have ever seen and Ian for keeping the electrics safe and running during the renovation.”

“I initially contracted Corey and his team after purchasing a 100 year old property in need of some TLC. The first job was quite small to ensure I had made the right decision. Since then Corey has undertaken the major renovation and several other smaller projects for me. I am experienced in employing building contractors and cannot be more impressed by the way Corey applies himself. He employs the best and expects the best, he is always available and does not get flustered when others do. If you are wanting someone to provide a complete service, taking responsibility for the daily hassle of coordinating the trades and ultimately for the provision of a quality end result I personally recommend him.”

“Brand new private build(400m2) on a 2.7 hectare lifestyle block including a sleep out and round pen with area of 50m for a horse-loving family of 7. The brief to the building company included French Provincial Style home, integrating with the surroundings. Waller Projects met this brief 100%. Mark and his team are organised, engaged from the start, pay attention to detail, know their audience, have a clear picture of wants and needs, open communication, up for a any challenge. They delivered the complete project slightly over the time frame as bad weather intervened and held construction back for a couple of weeks. I will recommend Waller Projects to anyone for any type of build. Well done guys. Regards Home Owner”

“Subject: Alpha Omega Recommendation. In November and December 2015, we strived to open up our new restaurant in Paihia – Charlottes Kitchen. The project was rather ambitious as it was built over water with a huge amount of detail and structural requirements involved. Without Adam and his team of builders I am sure that we would not have been able to open in time for the Christmas period – and certainly not to the same level of finish that Alpha Omega provided. In a stressful time, having a team of guys who dug deep, working 7 days a week and very long hours each day – whilst smiling was invaluable.
