After I first phoned them, a salesman immediately (next day) came out and discussed what we wanted, showed us our options and gave us an approximate time frame for installation. We needed the doors/windows installed before our house was to be painted sometime in July/early August timeframe. Within a few days the installer came out to do the measurements. In a months time the doors and windows were installed...PERFECTLY! There was an extreme attention to detail and everything looks beautiful. Couldn't have been happier. Men who installed (Mr. Lorenz and his son) were very professional and did an excellent job. I will get them again for any future work I need done.”
