“Gulfstream completed two jobs with us during our major renovation. The first was a beautiful retention wall (160 +/-) between our yard and inter coastal water way in August 2015. By adding the wall, our back yard was increased as well as much more beautiful. The second was a marble pool deck (2500+/- ft) in November 2016. The pool deck was part of a major overhaul of the whole back yard, pool and patio.They were very professional through out the project. Paul took us on sight to review previous jobs and materials. He even drove us to Miami to hand pick our marble stones. He wanted to make sure we were happy with the product and job outcome. As with all remodles, things don't always go as planned , but Gulfsteam worked with us closely to solve those little unforeseen obstacles. We spent a lot of money, but Gulfstream was very conscious of our budget and worked with us to get the best outcome for our expenditure. Looking back, we would not have done anything differently. We were very happy with the job. They will be installing a new driveway for us in the near future,”

“Front patio addition enclosed by 2' stucco walls with opening to front door. It matches the house design perfectly; Front sidewalks poured wide enough to accommodate a wheel-chair or mobility scooter; Patio-size, side-yard concrete slabs that run the full length of my house. After all these months checking the drainage for any problems when it rains, there hasn't been any. The result is of the finest professional work. The neighbors and HMO members have commented how beautiful it looks, but along with that, the functionality is more than I hoped for....I sit on my patio nearly every day and constantly do gardening in the side-yards. I am extremely satisfied with everything.”
