“Hurricane Irma wiped out my fence, so I had to get a new one as soon as possible because I have an in ground pool that has to be fenced and locked. I live out of state, so my neighbor was doing all the leg work for me. She called about 10 different fence places, left messages and only received 2 responses, one of which didn't have the time to look at my property and only gave an estimate over the phone. The other one, was through Home Depot, who contract with Fence Dynamics. The salesman, Anthony, came to my property, wrote up an estimate and emailed it to me. I worked with Anthony to get all the paperwork correct and signed. He turned in the paperwork and the materials were order. I had my fence in about 2 weeks after the paperwork was turned in. Also, there was an issue on the exact size of my lot and when they put the fence in it was 5 ft. less in the back and front, a total of 10 ft. This was due to easement issues and no fault of Fence Dynamics. I called them the following business day and explained the situation to Jessica and asked for a refund instead of them coming out and adding the missing footage, I had paid for. Jessica processed the change order for the refund within an hour. Working with both Anthony and Jessica was wonderful, as they both understood the liability of having a pool not fenced. My overall experience with Fence Dynamics was great and I recommend them to anyone who needs a new fence.”
