The new one fit in very well and the original facing and mantel was reinstalled perfectly. We now have a more modern look and will enjoy the flame and warmth next winter.”

“Excellent assistance with selection of most appropriate gas insert for our fireplace, including advice regarding a model that would provide heat during possible power outages, and suitable style for an older home. For seismic safety in this San Francisco peninsula area, we were advised to have chimney inspected--it ROCKED from the gutter upward, making necessary its replacement from gutter up. We were referred to an excellent and reasonable chimney repair service, and coordination between the two contractors was seamless. We could not be happier with our new gas insert-- no longer must we worry about acquiring and hauling firewood, stoking fires, breathing particulates, polluting the atmosphere, cleaning fireplace or chimney, or being without heat during power outages. The coziness of the adjustable heat and warm ambience was appreciated by family and guests during the holidays--we could not be happier, or feel more grateful to West Coast Insulation and Fireplaces!”
