“I worked with Mark Wang from Designs Autralia to design and create a new kitchen. Mark visited and consulted with me over a period of weeks while together, we panned the outcome I was hoping for. He provided drawings and samples of materials and answered all my phone calls and inquiries with patience and professional expertise. I was extremely happy with the result, both with the artistic outcome which was beyond even my best expectations, and with the overall quality of the cabinetry he provided. I would recommend him very highly on all aspects of the work. He is not only extremely experienced, but he is a principled person ready to take full responsibility if the work fell in any way short of his promise. He was courteous and friendly and a pleasure to work with - he took all the stress and worry out of the project for me and I had the bonus of enjoying my own ideas mediated by his extremely good taste and superior knowledge. Mark stayed in touch from beginning to end and remained engaged with each stage of the project. I am a very happy customer and would not hesitate to call him again for any job I wished to embark on, it was a very positive experience.i would be extremely likely to recommend him to others.”

“Colin at Special Things is a highly skilled craftsman. The furniture he produces is of the highest quality. Communicate your specific requirements and Colin easily converts them into your vision with attention to detail. You will receive a fixed price quote so there's no surprises when the payment is due. It's also great to be able to visit his showroom and workshop to see first hand finished products. I've had several works by Colin including cabinetry requiring sliding doors, opening doors, lift up doors and shelving. One of the works required a fireplace installation and lighting. The projects have not only enhanced the rooms but function seamlessly. The latest work by Colin was a dining table, I won't hesitate to engage Colin for my next project.”

“I was looking for an interior designer to join my design panel for my ecotourism project of a home for myself and 3 small studios as well as forest education trails. I have a 200 acre private forest reserve 20 minutes from the CBD in Launceston, Tasmania, Australia. The Spotted Quoll Studio owner and designer,Tamika Bannister, has more than met my expectations and has also advised on the process of design for all aspects of my development. She has already supplied homewares as well from her studio. This collaboration still has a couple of years to go as elements of the design unfold slowly and carefully to preserve the naturalness of the various sites involved. Tamika's advice works seamlessly with the architects and other builders and makers on the design panel. I recommend her strongly to anyone wanting nature inspired design input in the broadest sense possible.”

“By Lori K has a great range of on trend home wares and gifts. I have recently decorated our lounge room and purchased Kip & Co and Kussen large cushions from By Lori K's great range. They look great on my new couch! There is also a great range of gold and copper trimmed pot plants which adds to the style.
