“We are repeat customers having purchased pressure treated furniture some 25 years ago from their small store and recently purchased PVC deck furniture from their much larger store and location. The growth is a testament to their great customer service. They take a lot of time to show you their products either stock items or what can be ordered. The delivery and setup was very professional. “My wife and I began working with Sagart Studios/Poliform more than ten years ago on a small project in our home. We have continued working with them for the past decade, and now virtually every room in our house has been touched, redesigned or rebuilt, by them. Vincent Sagart and his Poliform team have been terrific at helping us expressing and interpreting how we want in our home to look and feel. They are perfectionists in execution, and the result for us has been beautiful, even exquisite, and at the same time simple and comfortable. Their sense of style, design, what can happen in a given space, and the options that are available, particularly using the Poliform designs and products, have been some of the factors that kept us returning to Sagart Studios. Alas, our house is now remade and now there are only minor details to complete. For us, it has been a pleasure working with Vincent Sagart and his team. Know that this process is not inexpensive, but it is seamless, almost painless, and fun.”

“Donetta George and her colleagues at The Brass Knob are masters at reclaiming and recycling antique and vintage hardware, stonework, millwork, glass,lighting and countless other salvage items. Our Queen Anne Victorian had great bones but had been stripped by its prior owners of its original features (fireplace mantels, ceiling medallions, hardware, etc.). We wanted to restore our home to its former glory but did not know where to start. Donetta, who has decades of experience with historic preservation, guided us in designing a plan to restore the integrity of the interior. We spent many happy hours at The Brass Knob, both poking around in search of ideas and imagining ways to repurpose salvage pieces. An ever changing inventory of mantels, grilles, period lighting, stained glass, architectural and garden elements, hardware, stained glass windows and quirky odds and ends always made the hunt rewarding. Salvage almost always needs some restoration and Donetta always knew what was needed. She found the missing pieces like a proper set screw, rosette or spindle, the perfect glass shade, rejuvenated rusty cast iron into polished beauties, and rewired period lighting for modern usage Her inspiration, inventory and ingenuity breathed new life into salvaged materials. The Brass Knob --like a candy store for grown ups, without the calories!”

They are fantastic and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I've been thrilled with all of their work, and their service when something goes wrong (furniture arrives damaged, etc) is exceptional. They help push you out of your comfort zone a bit, while at the same time fully respecting your taste and vision. They never "oversell" you and will even help you choose items from other retailers when it makes more sense for your budget. Their pricing is very reasonable and they offer a substantial discount on purchases, so I think you actually save money by working with them. I am constantly recommending them to friends and family, who often complement us on the transformation they've seen in our home.”
