“I ordered from this shop and received two tracking numbers; the first was confusing and led me to do a little more post-purchase research. I landed here on Houzz and freaked out! Put Paypal on the alert and everything. But my fears we unfounded. I initially got tracking from Schumacher to Swanky Fabric, which was odd, so I emailed, and they told me once they got it, they then send a new tracking number from Swanky to me. It worked just like that, double tracking. And I loved seeing that it was shipped from the fabric manufacturer since it was an investment-level purchase. So it worked out well for me; I believe their communication and processes have improved since the other reviews.”
