“Kit Markin built me a deck and pergola surrounded by raised panters and have extended two rooms in my house. The fact that they've now done two jobs for me speaks volumes and there is more to do - and Kit Markin will be doing it. They originally took over the deck from a firm which let me down and sorted the problems and finished the deck to a higher spec than I suspect the first firm would have managed. The rooms renovation has gone seamlessly - other than when trades took longer than expected, but only for a week or so - and the result is perfect. I have no hesitation in recommending Josh and his firm unreservedly and I shall be using them again for a further renovation project in the new year.”
