Accu-Temp was the only company to recognize the unit was still under warranty for another 7 years and was able to replace the damaged parts (that were not covered under the warranty) -- all while providing us with outstanding customer service under a very tight deadline. Even with the upcharge to have the parts shipped overnight so we could still hold normal church serviced (versus having to cancel since it was 91 degrees in the building) - Chuck was able to save us several thousand dollars, making many people very, very happy! They installed a new A/C unit for us almost 2 years ago (they beat all competitor prices and gave us an upgraded unit) and the heater went out recently when it was really cold. They came out right away to get us heat temporarily until the part needed comes in. The service technician has been out twice to ensure we have heat until a new control board comes in. They really take pride in their work. So grateful to have found such a trustworthy and caring business. They also came to the rescue for my daughter. Her A/C went out in the middle of the summer. When they learned she had a baby in the house with the scorching heat, they rushed right over, even though they had a full schedule for the day already.”

“The owner and all of the employees were very professional. I noted that it appears that they were using new, top of the line equipment which is important. They were extremely fast to respond to both quotes and in doing the job. (Very quick response even on the weekends!). I had them install 2 brand new systems on two different rental homes I own. Their prices were very competitive, and they explained everything they were going to do, and then after it was finished they stepped me through what they did and how to get the tenants to care for it properly. For my other rental homes with older AC systems, when the HVAC goes out, (heating or cooling), I now use them for all of my AC needs. “Recently my 14 year old central air conditioning system stopped working abruptly. The temps were over 90 degrees outside at the time and the heat was taking it's toll on my elderly mother. I was desperate to get the system fixed. With so may AC companies to choose from, I am so pleased I called Rinaldis ,. From my first phone call to them,and their response to send a technician immediately, (I had explained about my mother ), and during a busy season that can take a while to get someone on the schedule, they made it a priority. The tech was out the next morning, assessing the problem, offered no pressure solutions. I knew I had to make the decision, whether to repair or replace the aging unit But I wanted to think on it and research my options.The technician understood and was kind enough to as a courtesy, to temporarily band aid the unit to get it to run again, while I decided what to do. A few days later, as I listened to the AC strain to keep our home cool, I knew it was time to replace the air conditioner. I chose to invest in a new system, from that moment on, Rinaldis was very efficient , answered all my many questions and were a step ahead of every phase of the installation. The installers were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing and worked diligently through out the process, not even letting the rain stop them. A Rinaldi field inspector came on site overseeing the job, asking me personally, if I had concerns or questions. Then another follow up to finalize and again check the install and fine tune. My system, having new features I had to get used to and some needing adjusting by them, they never hesitated to send someone out immediately to address the issues. There was never any pressure to make a sale, they were honest and up front with their proposals. Always making me feel like I was their priority. They were here when they said they would be, and the office staff were pleasant, regardless of how many time I called. It is very apparent that they make customer service as important as the efficiency of their work. I have a great new system and a team of a great AC company that will be there for me. I couldn't ask for more from a business. I can only say that I would have liked to have seen a referral like this when I was looking for an AC company.”
