We used BD Construction for a new home rebuild, after the Chrustchurch earthquakes, and also for a repair, and renovation on a second house. We are more than happy with the work done, and found the management and staff were easy to communicate with.
The fact that we used them for a second time speaks for itself, as to the quality and standard of work.

Fantastic experience with BD Construction. Earthquake repairs and renovations to a 90 year old weatherboard house. Thorough, punctual, personable, experienced and very very good at what they do. Darrin, Scott, George, Nick, Barry and the rest of the team were wonderful to work with through this stressful time.

BD Construction were responsible for repairing our badly earthquake damaged 130 year old two storey Victorian villa. We found them good to deal with and respectful of the old house - this was one of the reasons we chose them.
The repairs were very extensive and took almost a year but we now have a beautifully restored building set for another 100 years

I consider myself fortunate to have had BDConstruction build my house. It was not without challenges...I had a limited budget and my section of land was extremely narrow. A clever design and quality craftsmanship meant these challenges were overcome. I now have a warm, comfortable, elegant house.
The build was well planned and co-ordinated by my Project Manager. He kept me informed, gave me choices and problem solved around the limited budget.
A commitment to quality work was always evident.
It was good to move into my new home and find the builders had been very considerate toward my elderly neighbours. This is an aspect of BD Construction that stands out.....they respect other people.

I found BD Construction to be professional, trustworthy, extremely helpful with all aspects of my major earthquake repairs. Their standard of work throughout the main part of the contract has been exceptional. When quoting for additional work all accounts were finalised exactly to the quote. Basically they went above and beyond what was required of them in all aspects of the repair process.I would highly recommend them as a company that gets the difficult jobs done to a high standard.
