We first met Karl Lisipeki when he worked, with others, to do some major work on our daughter's house. Being impressed with the quality of the work and the helpful approach taken we invited Karl to do quote to do some work on our home, a quote we accepted. The work undertaken on our house involved rebuilding a covered deck area that required rebuilding due to previous poor quality workmanship and materials. A number of other issues were identified during the repair process and these were rectified. The work that Karl has completed is of the highest standard and, in spite of the cost, has left us feeling very satisfied at the outcome.

Karl and his team built our new deck. We were very impressed with the build quality and have had numerous compliments from friends and even people who walk past and see the deck. I have no hesitation in recommending Builtwell to anyone looking for an honest and reliable builder.
