“My wife and I had an excellent experience working with JP throughout our complete home renovation. He was able to complete our total renovation on time (4 months) and on budget. My wife is a pretty decisive person and had a lot of ideas about what finishes she wanted etc. JP would listen and either agree or would offer an alternative that was either more in line with our budget or something he found to be well liked by other homeowners he has worked with. JP was onsite and very accessible. The website he uses allowed me to track the financials on a daily basis. It also allowed us to be involved in the communication between JP and his sub-contractors so we would get real time updates about the status of a particular job. When we were evaluating contractors we were looking for 3 things: 1. Someone with Integrity 2. Someone with Good Communication Skills who is Accessible 3. Someone with Experience We hit a home run with JP. I can't say enough good things about our experience. If/when we build or renovate another home JP will be our guy!”

“Unique Landscaping has done several jobs for me and my business, there was additions that were done to my home along with new decks, a bus stop. Also did a brand new build of a shop to park my trucks and heavy equipment in. They were prompt, reliable and courteous of what I wanted. My estimate that was given to me was accurate at the end of the projects. I shopped around with other construction company’s and Unique Landscaping came in far less than other company’s.”

“We had both a complete bathroom renovation and a basement renovation. The bathroom consisted of gutting the bathroom to the studs and rebuilding the entire room. The basement consisted of adding cabinets, a sink, and a counter/bar area. Both jobs stayed within alloted budget and their design team was wonderful. We recommend J and R Construction to anyone in the Lexington. KY area.”

“We have hired KBC Design & Build on two occasions, each time exceeding our expectations. Mr. Kelley and his team were respectful to the work environment and went above & beyond to meet our requests. The first project involved converting an unfinished attic into a spacious loft, which now has many useful purposes. The second project was a complete makeover of our family room and kitchen, making each much more attractive and functional. The design and execution were flawless and very satisfactory. After each project, we invited friends and neighbors to see the results, and everyone was very impressed.”
