“Over the last three years McLennan Contracting has completed three major renovation projects for us. All exceeded our expectations, were on time, and within budget. The work, all of excellent quality, included creating an open concept kitchen and living room, a major family room renovation, and a small attached apartment refresh. In the open concept project, the scope included the design and construction of a custom glass/oak/and steel railing, removing an interior wall, rerouting electric and air conditioning, and building a custom island. The family room project included a complete new ceiling with pot lights, new drywall, new outlets and switches, refacing a dated brick fireplace and installing a new granite hearth, and the conversion of a hinged interior door to a sliding barn door. Work in the apartment included closing up an existing door opening and installing a pocket door, installing pot lights and celling fans, and installing an in-wall electric fireplace. We have been very pleased with the price, the execution, and the workmanship of McLennan Contracting. We recommend them without reservation.”

“Andrew and the ALC team built an amazing addition to our home. Many people approach the building of a garage as a separate entity, but from the very start, Andrew listened to what we wanted and created a beautiful garage and breezeway that looked like it was a part of the original structure of our home. We felt confident from our very first meeting, that their knowledge, connections and experience would help us get the end results that we desired and they did not disappoint! Their continued involvement in every step of the building and design process held our confidence throughout and eased any of our expected worries. The quality of materials, help and suggestions that their team utilized were all exemplar. The level of craftsmanship far exceeded our expectations and has been noted by all of our neighbors, friends and family and even the occasional deliveryman. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. It is beautiful, it is exactly what we wanted and came in on budget! I would recommend them to anyone looking to add to the value of their home. “We've been working with Rudy and Freddy since 2018 when they renovated our Great Room. They laid down the wood floors, installed new light fixtures, stained our beams, built and stained new steps and installed railings, and painted every room in our house! They are professional, timely, and clean up each day! I would highly recommend them, and when we're ready to renovate our kitchen we will be calling FRP Construction!”

“Cornerstone Remodeling did a whole house remodel of my 1880's home in Laurel, Md. The entire project was completed in 5 months. On budget. Cornerstone worked with us to plan out what projects we could contribute to help keep the project within our budget. The guys from Cornerstone arrived everyday, on time and ready to work. They answered any questions that we had immediately and respectfully. Every day they left the project cleaned up and ready to be worked on the next day. I have attached before and after photos of the exterior of the house and a photo of the kitchen which we (the homeowners) installed. On the whole, the experience was fantastic. The house is beautiful and solid. I would highly recommend them for any project, big or small.”

“The One Source team led by Todd has been outstanding to work with, and I can't recommend them highly enough. My home was severely damaged via fire and the insurance process was arduous. Looking for a GC I trusted was another painful process. I needed a partner committed to helping me create a new home - not just a house - and rebuild to the quality level needed for me to feel confident and comfortable. Todd has been phenomenal, from start to (almost!) finish. The care he has taken in making sure I'm getting what I want is a mark of true professionalism and commitment to real service. And, while Mother Nature dealt some blows that slowed us down and added to the statement of work, OS has worked to get us back on track, plus dealt with extra insurance paperwork. I'm looking forward eagerly to the date I move back in and crack open the champagne bottle!! Will post pics!!”
