“Josh is amazing! I have used him for a lot of work at our house on multiple occasions. 1st project- replaced large entry window. 2nd project - Finish in entire basement 3rd project - Update master bathroom. 1st project went great. So that lead me to hire him for the second project. This was a big one. He did an excellent job. His attention to detail is unmatched. He constantly communicates status of the project. He stands by his work! Did I mention He stands by his work! Our 3rd project was just like the others. Excellent communication! Attention to detail! On time! Stands by his work! “I don't imagine it happens very often when someone has zero complaints about their contractor. This is one such case. From day one, Virginia and Debbie of Level Craft have been responsive, attentive, and focused on our project. We've yet to experience any gaps between subs -- in fact, there have been only one or two days total when someone hasn't been at our house working, so we've enjoyed efficient, noticable progress each week. Virginia and Debbie know their stuff and, more importantly, know how to execute a beautiful build. Highly recommend!”

“Steve Minchew does an excellent job of making the customer happy! We have only used the Minchews for one project so far but plan to hire them for all of our home improvement needs. We had a master bathroom without a vent fan for 20 years and another bathroom vent fan that wasn't doing the job. They put in a vent fan that is powerful and efficient in both baths, dealing with the ducts in the attic and roof. They scheduled the visit and were timely and charged exactly what was in the estimate. You know that there are not going to be any surprises and that the work will be well done. When we called to question the origin of a stain on the ceiling they immediately let us know that whatever the problem they would take care of it. It turned out that it had nothing to do with their work. We have talked with two other families who are thrilled with the work that was done by Minchew and Company.”

“My wife and I purchased a lot of land back in 2018 and we spend over a year looking for a reliable and trustworthy builder we have gone through 3 builders before signing with UpperTown Homes. Daniel knows his stuff, from requesting permits to completing the build within 7 months. It was close to perfect custom home for my wife and I. His commitment to ensuring our house was always first priority and never letting us having an unanswered question was spectacular. I still owe Daniel a dinner for his amazing work on our custom home. “Tom came recommended to us by Renewal. After meeting with Tom and getting other estimates, we decided he was the one for the job. We were adding a screen porch and deck to our 1925 house and we felt Tom understood our vision. He dispelled any concerns we had due to our sloping yard and drainage problems.His crew graded and added drainage, removed a stone wall and built the porch into the slope in such a way that works very satisfactorily. I really had no idea what an improvement it would be.Tom was available by text or email or phone through out the whenever we had questions. He kept us up to date with the City of Atlanta permitting process and the inspection process.When the permits were recieved the work began almost immediately.The craftsmanship of his workers is of the highest quality and his crew were very diligent and showed good work ethic. Once the work got under way they were here every day.I can't say enough about how pleased we were to work with Tom on this project. We would recommend him to anyone looking to renovate. He is highly principled and the experience was a very good one.”
