“Eric and Curtis Smith are friendly, honest professional contractors with a great deal of knowledge and experience. They remodeled our bathroom with a leaky shower pan and repaired extensive water damage. The end result is a beautiful, modern bathroom with a larger shower and heated tile floor. We liked their work so much that we kept expanded the remodeling project to include a closet remodel and hardwood floors in the master bedroom. Eric and Curtis provided high quality workmanship and finished on the estimated timeline. They provided a tremendous value add to the project with their suggestions and advice. They were very flexible and allowed us to make numerous changes to the scope and size of the project. Their charges for the changes were very reasonable. They stand by the quality of their work. I highly recommend them.”

“We searched for the right builder for three years before we found the Radford Building Co. We interviewed several builders, and considered many options. After our first meeting, we knew we had found our builder. Jason and Kenny made us immediately feel comfortable and confident. They sought to understand not just our building requirements, but also our personalities, our intentions, and our ultimate vision for the build. The team has been upfront and personable throughout the entire process, from site selection and design to making selections, and the actual build. One of the most exciting points of the process was when the foundation went in. The care and precision that went into our foundation assured us that this was going to be a solid build, and this feeling remained throughout the entire process. The team invited our questions and concerns and took our opinions to heart. We felt heard, valued, and cared for. Since we moved in, the Radford Building Co. has continued to partner with us to make sure we are satisfied with our new home and has taken care of any outstanding tasks. “I hired S&A to remodel my kitchen a few weeks ago. I have been so happy with the results! I have had so many compliments on my new kitchen. I have been living in my home for a few years and I've never really cared for the lichen cabinets, countertop or flooring. First of all, I would like to say that Ed was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and so helpful in all aspects of the project. I had no idea what color scheme to go with. I was just tired of my drab kitchen and I just wanted a change. Ed helped in selecting the cabinets, granite, ceramic tile, backsplash, lighting etc. He just made the whole process so much easier. He worked within my budget to create a beautiful kitchen that I just love spending time in! The crew always conducted themselves in a professional manner. Everyday they were on time. There was one day, I believe that they couldn't make it, but Amanda in the office called me to let me know. Ed, his office staff and work crews made my remodeling job painless. I will definitely be using them in the future when I remodel my master bath.”
