“We hired Progress Street Builders (PSBs) to build us a custom home that would provide for the needs of a severely physically disabled child, expanding family, and a more modern decorating style, all on a strict budget. Our experience with every employee at PSBs is one that embodies the definition of excellent customer service. They skillfully guided us through designing floor plans and architecture with plenty of ideas and problem-solving guidance. They patiently waited on us to work through detailed decisions and took longer with us than a typical client to design and re-design detailed floor plans to suit our special needs and future goals for our home while at the same time helping stay in budget. We are pretty particular when it comes to interior selections, designs, and finishes. But PSBs made the selections process for every detail of the interior a fun process and we are so thrilled with the gorgeous results! We could have never thought through so many special details for a child in a wheel chair without their help and expertise. The PSBs team came up with so many unique and amazing ideas! We really love the results. No matter what challenges arose during the building process the PSBs team bent over backwards to make every detail turn out just the way we wanted it to. We highly recommend Progress Street Builders to anyone who is looking to build a custom home. “I called NC Foam Pros out for a very detailed ceiling install of closed cell sprayfoam, and dense packed underfloor. On a duplex in downtown Raleigh. Dean was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. The install went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. Professionalism at it's best. I highly recommend these guys if you need insulation. “Both David and Emily Williams are by far without a doubt the most deserving contractors worthy of an exemplary review. From the beginning of the lot selection, closing and house design both of them bent over backwards to earn our trust.That would not come easy from me.In hindsight ,I was wrong!David gave us over 6 different bids for our project, quickly and accurately. I interviewed 3 other contractors that bid similar quotes. But there was something about this energetic couple that keep me wondering. Our intent was to clear the lot, put up the boathouse and then let the dust settle. We decided to dive in. But which one?? Remember trust is a huge issue with me, especially with my money. I chose David and Emily because of the houses that they built. Absolutely impeccable!Not one waiver of a paint line.Multiple references with similar glowing recommendations. It didn't hurt that he would be my neighbor in the near future.Did I mention both of us love to waterski! Lucky for me, a new partner on the water. So we begin the house of dreams on April 12th.We will be in for christmas!! What an awesome present!. This truly has been the least painful experience we have ever been through. No surprises and a never ending zest for doing things fairly, reasonably and all the while trying to save of us money in the process. I can that if we had to build again we would not hesitate one minute in chosing them! That's a far cry from my skeptisism one year ago. Here's to many happy years ahead with our new neighbors!!!”

He's done extensive work for my family, from a total bathroom remodel to flooring, and in each occasion we were thrilled with the outcome. Bobby is reliable, on time, left the space cleaner than when he arrived and -- most importantly -- there were no surprises about scope of work or the price.
