“Perimeter builders put a second story addition on our lake home last summer. It was a stressful time in our lives but Shane, Chuck and the company made the transition very smooth for us. The renovation was done first class throughout. No shortcuts, no cheap materials etc. I was impressed with their background in high-end building and renovations in Atlanta and in Milledgeville. Their experience helped us with designing our addition. The addition looks like it was part of the original construction. Extremely well done. “Alvin Barnes is one of the most honest people I have had the pleasure of working with. Fantastic Sheetrock and paint skills as well as carpentry in general (did a fabulous deck for us!). He also is my go-to for any landscaping needs. He is an all around hard and dependable professional.
