Nick and his team show up on time, get the job done and don't settle for less than the highest quality work from their team and their contractors. The house that Nick built for my mum is elegant, beautiful and practical. His attention to detail shows on every surface, every corner and every function. He also worked with me when issues with dealing with trees on our property came up unexpectedly. He came up with a solution that fitted everyone involved. I doubt another builder would have worked with us with so much respect.”

“Excellent work. Quick with communications, and built to a high-standard. Any problems we've had, they've gotten right on to it to resolve, or at-least start the resolution process. Project manager (Paul), and client coordinator and design consultant (Sarah) were exceptionally helpful. As issues came up (as they always do with builds), they were eager to sort the problem, and ensure we were happy. Only minor gripe regarding clearing of gorse from section, as verbally agreed, but not done - it had overgrown in the meantime while waiting. But in the scheme of things, it's only a small thing. They're honoring the warranty period, and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended.”

“Jeremy came highly recommended and he and his team did not disappoint. Right from the start we knew this was the right company to use to build our modern 2 story home. The building site was small with limited access but Jeremy was very organised and had all his ‘ducks in a row’, imperative for everything to run smoothly. He was open to using new and different materials, made appropriate suggestions and provided a very comprehensive breakdown of costs. Throughout the build we were involved and consulted, any issues which arose were dealt with and it was clear Jeremey knew the building regulations and was able to provide solutions to any problems.. His team were punctual, competent, respectful, tidy, friendly and easy to communicate with. Jeremey took away all the stress of building with his professional, considerate approach. Obviously with new builds there are the occasional things that need attention after the build has been completed and these were dealt with in a timely manner without any issues. We were so impressed with Buildam we used them again for renovations on another property. We are happy for Jeremy to contact us if you would like to discuss our recommendation.”

“We have recently built a house in the Wairarapa NZ using Customkit Buildings Ltd as the designer and supplier of materials to lock-up stage. At all times we found Customkit to be thoroughly professional but also caring and interested in our project. At no time did they view it as just another job, they were engaged and interested in the build from the initial concept meetings until the house was totally finished. I felt they were as proud of the end product as we were. Many members of the team have been to visit, no small undertaking considering the site is about 650k from their base. “We have used Build's services on two occasions. The first, a new build in 1998 and the second, a top-to-bottom villa renovation in 2004. They are very professional, friendly, direct with their views and opinions but will listen to the client, and always well planned and coordinated with subbies. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. In fact, we're about to hire them again for the next house build!”
