“We searched for the right builder for three years before we found the Radford Building Co. We interviewed several builders, and considered many options. After our first meeting, we knew we had found our builder. Jason and Kenny made us immediately feel comfortable and confident. They sought to understand not just our building requirements, but also our personalities, our intentions, and our ultimate vision for the build. The team has been upfront and personable throughout the entire process, from site selection and design to making selections, and the actual build. One of the most exciting points of the process was when the foundation went in. The care and precision that went into our foundation assured us that this was going to be a solid build, and this feeling remained throughout the entire process. The team invited our questions and concerns and took our opinions to heart. We felt heard, valued, and cared for. Since we moved in, the Radford Building Co. has continued to partner with us to make sure we are satisfied with our new home and has taken care of any outstanding tasks. We have already been recommending them to friends who are thinking about building. “Mr. Prince replaced my roof for me last year. He worked with me to figure out the best solution for my 1968 home (with both gable and flat roofs) as well as my budget. His crew was fast, skilled, and courteous. My roof is good as new! My only caution is that his preferred gutter subcontractor does not work to the same standard as the rest of his team.”

“In 1997, my husband and I contracted with Nan Tuckett Bay Builders, (a top of the line builder in the area) to build our dream home in an exclusive area in the city. Upon completion of the home in October 1997, our dream home was ready for the new owners with all the bells and whistles required. Home Gems, Inc. perfected the fine tuning by adding architectural designs far superior than anything we had even seen. Our friends with much more expensive homes could not compare to Home Gems work. Our home unfolded into a masterpiece of art work; simply superior, beautiful and with very high quality craftsmanship, far beyond our expectations. We strongly recommend Home Gems Inc. and feel very strongly you will be very pleased with the results too.”

“DDM came out to look at some problems on my deck and outside wall of the house where the deck was attached. Mr. Mondeau (owner) trouble shot the problem effectively and completely repaired and reinforced the deck where it attached to the wall as well as reinforcing the wall and made sure that the rain would drain more effectively to make sure the problem would not recur. The company also installed insulation in the attic, making sure that I got the desired results within my budget. I also used DDM when I wanted carpet/linoleum replaced with laminate flooring and Mr. Mondeau again made sure that I got a look I liked at a price I could afford. David Mondeau, owner of DDM, is very knowledgable and extremely professional. I am more than happy with his work and will gladly use is company in the future.”

“We had three contractors look at our major remodeling project. Ken Combs from CQC envisioned the work in ways the others did not, and as a consequence, we ended up with much more beautiful and functional space. We interacted with many people at CQC, and each was professional and effective. We were especially impressed with project manager Shawn Norstrud and two people who worked closely with Shawn, Sean Brockman and Justin Koch. Shawn kept in close contact with us and was highly creative in solving issues that arose. He could not have been more responsive and did very high quality work. In a project the scope of ours, there are many decisions to be made, ideas that come up during the work, and last minute details. CQC resolved every question and left us certain we would work with them again.”
