“Nathan Murphey was the Project Manager overseeing the construction of our new custom home in Anaqua Springs Ranch completed in 2016. Nathan was professional, and we developed a good working relationship right away. Nathan followed through on his commitments and accommodated our schedule whenever we needed to meet. His attention to detail was extraordinary, and he corrected most issues before we ever noticed them. Nathan is extremely creative, and he was able to provide cost effective solutions to avoid expensive change orders. Nathan maintained a very good and trusting relationship with his sub-contractors, and he was able to get things scheduled on a time. We were very impressed with the quality of construction as well as Nathan’s meticulous attention to detail. We are very pleased with the home and enthusiastically recommend Nathan Murphey to anyone considering construction of a custom home. We were so pleased with Nathan that we only considered Evolutionary Homes as a contractor to build a workshop / detached garage in 2019.”

“I am a lifetime customer of Shaw Company because they did an excellent job for me. When my hot water heater broke and completely destroyed my master bath and bedroom, we decided it was time to go ahead and upgrade the original design. I made a call to Shaw Co. and they were there that afternoon with everything needed to begin the drying out process of our disaster. They were very detailed in the removal of anything that may cause future health or structural concerns for my family. Once everything was dry and cleaned up they began to start our remodel. The recommendations that they made were very innovative and once we decided on the direction to go, they were on it. The crew was very conscientious and courteous. More importantly, they finished the project on time and budget. We are extremely pleased with the end result! It's nice to deal with a company that does what they say they are going to do. ”

“We asked several companies to bid on our replacement of cedar posts on our patio and gazebo. Paul came to our house to see what the project would entail. He also brought the team leaders to get their input and then provided a quote with an itemized budget. His quote was fair, and he addressed our concerns. Throughout the job he kept us informed of the progress and any potential problems. He was straight forward and honest. It was a pleasure to deal with him. The work was more than satisfactory and was completed on time. We plan to consider his company (Homeco) for future projects. We highly recommend him.”

“My experience with Mr. Hernandez was nothing less than perfect. We review the job and the cost and Mr. Hernandez and his team went to work. They did everything they said they would do and more. Each day they left the job site clean and orderly and showed up each day early to get going. We had our deck refinished a few shingles on the roof replaced and some rooted boards replaced. “I recently bought a townhome and hired another contractor to do some painting for me. The reason why I hired a painter was because the ceilings were 27 feet high and I couldn't do the painting myself. The original painter did about $4500 worth of damages the first day (hours) he was in the townhome and he bailed on me. (One of his painter put a ladder on or against the scaffolding and took the entire system down, putting holes in my walls, tearing up my wood floors and throwing paint in multiple rooms) Mr. Collard came in and worked miracles and was so kind in helping me work within my budget. His crew (Mr. Garcia I believe) came in and did a fantastic job of not only painting but also repairing all the damages from the original contractor. He also did flooring and tile work on the staircase for me and everyone comments on how great the job looks. I can not say enough great things about Mr. Collard and all of his workers. They are honest, professional, work is completed on time and Mr. Collard ensures that the customer is fully satisfied before he collect payment. I will use Mr. Collard for all of my remodeling projects.”
